Huntsman Richard Emmott
 Huntsman, Richard Emmott, enters his third season with Myopia. Richard hunted the hounds beautifully last season, improved our pack with new entry, brought to a new level the interaction between Myopia hunt members and the hounds, and increased the members’ understanding of the art of hunting hounds.
Richard came to us from the York & Ainsty South (pure-bred Old English hounds), where he was huntsman for seven seasons. Richard brought to Myopia a stallion hound from the York South and a couple of young bitches to breed. These hounds are playing a big part in his work to improve the Myopia pack.

Whipper-in Heather Player
Heather is in her third season as Whipper-in for Myopia. She is also responsible for the care and schooling of the Hunt horses. Heather loves the hunt, which has always been part of her life and family, enjoys whipping-in and working with the horses and hounds.
Heather began riding with Patrick Keough at the age of seven, and rode and worked with him for sixteen years. She was also recently accepted to the Master of Foxhounds Association Professional Development Program.
